EMERGENCY WARRANTY SERVICE
Please call 912.748.2100, 24/7 for Emergency Warranty Service. After-hours call are handled by an answering service that can respond to your emergency. Emergency service is available WITHIN YEAR ONE OF OWNING YOUR HOME, and is defined as:

1. A total stoppage of plumbing sewage system (i.e. NO toilets working)
2. A water leak requiring water service shut-off
3. A total loss of electric, heating or cooling service
4. A leaking roof
