A Personal On-Site Supervisor
Each Fred Williams home buyer is assigned a dedicated On-Site Supervisor, who is responsible for knowing every detail and selection of your house. They perform daily inspections, controlling quality and managing its progress.
Before framing begins, your On-Site Supervisor will meet with you to go over the plan details and selections made for your new home. Once framing begins, you’ll get regular progress reports. Should you have any questions throughout your home’s construction, we’re here to answer them. Fill out a "Construction Form" questionnaire at your sales office, and in most cases your On-Site Supervisor will respond the following day.
You can easily follow the stages of construction for your new home by visiting the Daily Construction Schedule posted in your community.
You are invited to visit your home during regular business hours to see its progress. Before your home closes, you will be guided through a final walkthrough, where we’ll demonstrate the features of your new home and explain how to keep it maintained.
Without our customers’ feedback, we can’t continue doing what we do right, or know where there is room for improvement. Our goal is to give such great service that our homeowners will cheer for us and endorse us, and be Raving Fans of our company.
When purchasing a home with Fred Williams, you have the peace of mind knowing you and your home are well protected. Your 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty provides you with a one-year comprehensive limited warranty, a two-year warranty for expressed defects in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems and a ten-year warranty for structural damage.
