If you have misplaced your warranty booklet or Homeowner's Manual, please contact our Customer Service Representative to request another copy, so that you may review covered warranty items prior to requesting service.
Emergency Warranty Service
For emergency warranty service, please call 912.748.2100 twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. After-hours calls are handled by an answering service that can respond to your emergency. Emergency service is available WITHIN YEAR ONE OF OWNING YOUR HOME, and is defined as:
- A total stoppage of plumbing sewage system (i.e. NO toilets working)
- A water leak requiring water service shut-off
- A total loss of electric, heating or cooling service
- A leaking roof
