Lori Ann Aleff
A native of Savannah, Lori has extensive knowledge of the area's growing market. Her efficiency and dedication to her clients help make purchasing a new home easy and fun! This same professionalism and dedication allowed her to be accepted into the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Board of Realtors for 2008. Lori has also received her CSP (certified new home sales professional), IRM III and IRM IV certifications. When it comes to buying and selling, Lori is sure to take care of all details and her enthusiasm shines through.

Marian is a native of Savannah and attended Armstrong Atlantic University. She moved to Navarre Beach, Florida where she started her own real estate brokerage. In 2001, Marian returned to Georgia and started building relationships and strong ties within the community. She is very active in the Effingham County area where she continues to assist buyers and their agents in locating the perfect home to suit their needs. She is very efficient and gives quality time and professionalism to help make her client's transaction run smooth and easy. She is always striving to learn new things and broaden her intelligence in this industry to serve her client's needs better every day.

In 2001 Lorenzo's career began with Fred Williams New Home Sales, Inc. selling new homes in Pooler and Richmond Hill. His passion for real estate and dedication to customer service has awarded him several notable achievements. In 2004-2005 "Salesperson of The Year" Fred Williams New Home Sales, April 2006 (20) Signed Contracts and 2007 SABOR Distinguished Sales Society. Lorenzo believes "caring" is the first step in solving the needs of customers. Despite his success, he does not consider himself a good salesperson, but someone who cares about solving problems. Lorenzo is a Licensed Agent and Certified New Home Sales Professional. Also, he is a member of SABOR, GAR, and NAHB.

April first moved to Coastal Georgia at the age of two, where she has spent most of her life. After graduating from high school, she enrolled in the U.S. Navy. In 1998, after her 11 year enlistment with the military, she obtained her real estate license, started her successful career, and joined us in 2013. Her areas of expertise include military relocation, new construction, first-time home buyers, and obtaining financing in this ever-changing financial market. Clients typically enjoy her straightforward and compassionate demeanor as she appreciates the importance of every decision made when it comes to home ownership. She is committed to walking her clients through the entire buying process and offering tailor made assistance where necessary.
